Policies

RETURNS:

Exchanges will be accepted, for a shop credit in the amount of the subtotal paid (BEFORE SHIPPING). All exchanges must be sent back to us within two days of receiving. Shipping charges will be the customers responsibility. 

To be eligible for a return and refund items must be in unwashed and unworn condition. 

Please note: sale items are final sale.

We cannot change or alter any order after it is placed. Our processing time is up to 4 weeks, there are not cancellations on orders within our turnaround time.

If a wrong item is sent, please keep the packaging from your order and email us for a prepaid shipping label. Use the original packaging to ship the incorrect items back to us. We will get your correct order out once the package is delivered. 

Please note there are no returns/exchanges on mugs/glassware and headwear due to sanitation issues.

BROKEN GLASSWARE: We try hard to package our glassware the best we can but sometimes mugs and wine glasses do get damaged during delivery but every priority package we ship comes with a $50 insurance policy! All you have to do is just take a picture of the broken cup(s) and email us the day you receive the damaged items. Please keep all packaging until the USPS claim is filed.

**All sale and discount items are final, no return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations. They are also subject to limited availability. Please note, returns are only accepted for items purchased at full price, this excludes items purchased from sales or any other purchase made with a discount.

We strive to send out orders within 1-4 weeks of ordering. Please note this does not include shipping times. 

All items are are made to order.

All international orders are subject to customs fees. We are not responsible for reimbursing any orders that acquire a customs fee. 

SHIPPING

items are sent USPS or UPS. Once it is in the hands of your parcel provider we are no longer at fault for the order. Claims must be filed by you. We will help to the best of our abilities.
